“You can't take every case to the jury, and you can't win every case you try, but you have to fight. The prosecution has the burden of proof and it's your life. In today's world, with our criminal record a mouse click away, getting the best possible result is paramount, and the only way to do that is to get a trial attorney.” - Gary Fielder, Attorney

The key is to remember that you have a right to counsel, a right to a jury trial and to cross-examine the witnesses against you.
